Lake Lure here we come!!!!!!!
It's about time! I hope everyone plans to show up. I would hate to have only three people there.[:@]I was thinking, we should do something for charity. Let's say for every minute Amy goes topless, we as a group would donate $1.00 a minute. Then give the money to some local club, like the beer distributor up there. Heck, I might even match the $1.00 for $1.00
Yoman, are you ready for the lead????? A good leader buys the first tank of gas for his group. That is just what I have been told.
Amy, I know after that first meet and greet we had at Hooters, I came on here and started pushing for a mini rally. If it had not been for you, I don't think this would have happened. I will make sure I buy you a drink.[sm=icon_guiness.gif]

I am riding up on Friday after work, Yoman said he is as well. Dallas, Hickory of Lincolnton is a good meeting area. If anyone else wants to ride, let me know.

I tell you what Tbone......how about instead of buying me a drink you donate the money for the Keg.

Seriously....if anyone would like to donate some Mu-la for the Keg please let me know. They are $50 a keg and each person who donates will get their name on a banner showing your support. I think Tbone and Mark have said they would buy the first one thru their buisness names. Anyone else willing to put their money where their mouth is about all those drinks you said you would by me if you had the chance ???????

Also....I thought I would throw this out there as well........The Geneva said they could cater us a dinner or we could just order from the tiki Grille. I will let everyone decide on this.
The choices for catering are

Fish Fry----12.00 per person
Hot Dogs and Hamburgers----7.00 per person
Let me know an idea so I cancall it in this week. If no onechimes in we will just leave it to each person to get there own grub at the Grille.

It depends Amy. If I can get a room across from Gineva, at Chimney, I'll attend. I waited till last minute to make reservations because I wasn't sure if I would make it. This event was so close to MBBW, I didn't know how I would recover.
Oh... also, tell Mark I'm sorry for not calling him back during MBBW. I got his messages once I returned home from the beach. Like a dumba$$, I forgot the charger for my nextel and I was without a phone all week. I had my eyes peeled looking to find you guys but no such luck. Hope you guys had fun. I was to drunk to remember any of it.

If we have it catered, that means everyone will have to be there at the same time. To me, this would be no problem because I wanted to meet a lot of you people first, then ride second. For some, the ride is the first thing they wanted to do, then meet people. So, I think we should all just order from the grill because this will give some people the choice of either continue the riding in one of the best riding areas in the country, go with their loved ones to a nice restaurant to eat, or just hang out to relax. This is all before we gather at the site to listen to the band and partake in some adult games
My vote goes to let us all just order from the grill or whatever restaurant you would like. This is one less thing we would have to worry about.
Also, I would like to volunteer my services to be a judge at the wet t-shirt contest. I know this is a lot to ask of me but I think I would be the right person for the job. Not only can I be bribed, I also possess absolutely no morals or shame. Together, these qualities would make a fun night for me....oops us.
