Don't worry about that ****** - Believe me that's not my style - It was for the wife - after 25 years of putting up with me I owed it to her -
Amy and I haven't been together that long and I do owe her HOWEVER... there's no way I'm spending 500+ a night unless I'm in Hawaii or something... sure as hell ain't gonna do it to go riding for the weekend.
Not to let this thread get hijacked about the Grove Park Innbut I stayed there twice with both x's and I was not impressed either time.
First time we came in from a long day on the road traveling the BRP and stopping too many freakin' times and they treated us like crap because we didn't dress for dinner.
Second time was with second and it all sucked!

I'll second that. Exspensive and I thought the room was a dump for the price they charge.
On camping, I am not really into that but with the right people camping is a great time. I went with a couple buddy's last year to the Honda Hoot and we camped at the KOA outside of Knoxville and had a hell of a time. I fixed the trailer to sleep in, had power, lights and a fan and i was in heaven. Camp fire food every night and cold beer, didn't get any better than that plus we rode all day, every day which rocked. I think my bike came home with over 1300 additional miles on it from 3 days of riding.
