Some good BBQ in Ridge Springs SC... Road side BBQ.... Nicely smoked meats.. And beans are different but good..

 

Anyone else have anything else 50 square miles from say Columbia? That's a nice central starting point..

 

Scotts BBQ, Hemmingway......only open late in the week.

 

Where is hemmingway? I'll definitely give it a try..

 

It is a bit more than 50 miles outside of Columbia....take Rt 51 out of Florence toward the coast (Georgetown)

 

Hemingway was on an episode of Diner Drive in’s and dives. Looked pretty good, I think it was this place anyway

 

Good BBQ in SC?? Please tell me where, have yet to find any in my 16 months here!
