That is good... Also that Mexican joint SanJose, also whiz's? Not sure of the spelling and down the road a minute from there peaches and such.... Good ice cream and desserts...
Good BBQ in SC?? Please tell me where, have yet to find any in my 16 months here!
Sincerely,
A Displaced Texan
Funny you should say Brandon... I've moved to a suburb of Columbia, SC about 6 years ago. They love that mustard based sauce. I don't get it. I had the chance to head out to San Antonio a couple of years ago, and last year I was in Fort Worth for training. I found me a proper BBQ on some back road near the Air Force/Navy station there. It was FULL up with locals and military guys just knawing on ribs, brisket, and other properly cooked meats. For $12, you get enough meat to feed a family of 6. I wish I could remember the name of place.
That being said...Don't listen to me. I am from New York where we think BBQ is burgers and dogs.
OK- I had to google it. I found the place I ate at. A place called Risckys. If you're in that area...go! https://risckys.com/risckys-bbq/
