You can google NADA Tunnel and Broke Leg Falls, there's some pretty good roads leading to both locations. Part of Red River Gorge and the Daniel Boone National Forrest. Natural Bridge State park has some nice scenes also.
Since you will be in eastern, KY you could ride I-64 east until you get to Charleston, WV and pickup Rt. 60 and ride to Lewisburg, WV.
The first few miles are a little boring until you get to Gauley Bridge and then it's twist and turn all the way.
There is a nice Harley shop about half way (New River Gorge Harley Davidson), plus the New River Gorge Bridge is fun to ride under.
