Definitely ready to kick back and enjoy the gathering. My wife on the other hand isn't as thrilled as I since I'm going with the boys. I'll make sure I make it up to her though. We're going on a cruise together in February, so she'll have her fun spending a lot of money on jewelry.
Jezcruzen and his 'gang' will leave for MB early Wed. morning. My wife (Laurie) and I along with two other couples ("Wild Hogs, East Coast Chapter) are staying at the Best Western Carolinian Resort, located on the strip near the RT501 interchange. My cell is on the list (I think) wherever the list is.
We'll be there at SBB on Friday, but maybe some of us early birds could meet before then. How about something at Broadway on Thursday?
I'm definitely up for meeting someplace earlier as I'm leaving for Myrtle Beach tomorrow morning. From Northern Virginia I'll be heading south, stopping over in Lynchburg, then onto Myrtle Beach on Saturday. Rented a house for the week, rest of the gang isn't arriving until Wednesday, so I'll be running rampant on my own until then. My number's on the list, so give me a shout when you start rolling in.
Well folks sorry to say that we will not have the pleasure
of meeting all of you and partying in the streets.
Engine in the Bagger went down Sunday and will
not be breathing again in time to make the trip.
Hope everyone has a fantastic time and please
ride safe!! Momma and I will cya on the next one
BTW we want plenty of picture taken and posted
when you get back!! Beads Optional
I agree Harleygal. I am ready to let loose and have a little fun to. After the sucky time we had at the Spring Rally and all the crap from the shops.....a little fun is certainly what Mark and I need.
8 more days
WOOOOO HOOOOOO...Myrtle Beach Here I come !!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone else from the Indianapolis area heading down?
Iâm so ready for this that I havenât slept in two nights; now I am inliver conditioning mode... Iam leaving Tuesday morning with the return trip planned for Friday so Ican be home to watchthe Buckeyes beat up on Purdue again* Then again, Friday night looks like something to stick around for...
I think I can talk my gal into finding me some good beads for the trip. I just need to convince herthat they give mebettertraction if I get stuck in the sand...
I'm on the call list that's going around and look forward to seeing you guys there.
OK...as long as SeaMist doesn't pull a stupid with my CC and try to charge $1000 like they did with Tatoofreak, that's where we'll be staying now. Downside...no wireless in the rooms. But I figure I'm not gonna be online enough for that to matter...I can go to the cafe and check in when I need to.
Softy and Storm, I'm sorry to see you guys won't be able to make it. Maybe next time.
I hate to say that we won't be able to do the SBB M&G on Friday night. But hopefully once everybody gets down there, we'll be able to do plenty of socializing and drinking there at the hotel bar.
I soooooooo can't wait! I'm on the countdown now...we leave Tuesday. Hopefully my mom's fiance' will be able to come to the house fairly early on Tuesday so that we'll be able to get down there in plenty of time to relax before the fun really starts! Those of you who are coming down early, look me up on SimCom's list and let us know when you make it down there.
Glad to hear your staying at the SeaMist Tankerwyf. Poor thing you have changed your room soooo many times. You deserve a good time.
LOL...thanks! The hubby was just teasing me tonight about that when I told him I was going to change our reservation yet again. My biggest concern was getting a room period, then I figured I'd get closer as I could. It's all worked out, and I have no complaints! I'm just sooo excited to go, and can't wait to meet you all! I think the hubby's getting excited too, and that's always a good thing!
