Discount rates can be found every where during the fall rally. Yesterday, I booked a room at the Camelot for 67 bucks a night. It is only a few years old and is a pretty swanky joint. The good part is that they have two parking garages. One across the street for oversize vehicles.....for the trailer crowd....and one attached to the hotel. The attached one will have 2 floors reserved for bikes.
Add 2 more to the party!! Myself and a friend are coming down and have also made reservations at the Bar Harbor Inn, south tower, 3rd floor. I went to the spring rally and trust me folks, this place is in a great spot for sure.... right in the thick of it. I didn't stay there so I can't speak for the rooms but who the hell cares as we probably won't be in the dang rooms that much anyway. Ride all day, party all night, sleep 4 hours, repeat!!
We'll be in Thursday evening and out on sunday.
Anyway, sure looking forward to this one!! Can't wait to meet some of ya'll...
Well, I've been telling everyone who ask that I wasn't going but as it gets closer the itch starts getting worse and plus we wont get to go to Maggie Valley for the rally because we have a trip planned to Florida that week so I will definitely be heading to MB. Only going to ride down Friday morning, do some scouting and pre-planning to set-up as a vendor for the spring rally. My Friday will probably be all buisness(atleast that is what I am telling the wife who is staying home) But Friday night and Saturday should be free time so if there are any get togethers/meet and greet I am all in.
Me, my dad, and my sister (the Mrs decided to skip it this time) made our reservations at the Sea Mist Resort for Friday night and Saturday night. It was only $56/night. I looked at Mapquest and it's only 3/4 of a mile from the Bar Harbor Motor Inn that some of you are stayin' at. So we'll still be pretty close to each other. I'm lookin' forward to a great time and meeting those of you I haven't met yet.

Hey we are at the same place. We stay there every year. They really watch out for our bikes and the location is great to either head on South or back up North. See ya there.

Awesome. We stayed there during the Spring Rally. It was our first time stayin' there. We used to always stay at Pirate Land campgrounds, but we really liked Sea Mist. The pricing was low and the rooms weren't bad at all. Look forward to meetin' you.
Im gonna be bunking in at my sissy in laws at Garden City.......curious if anyone is going the Greensboro---Rockingham route and what day and all so I will have some one to ride in with
