camping in alabama
hey, i will be traveling through alabama, in june. looking for a place to camp and bed down for the night somewhere between Mobile and Montgomery. anybody have any ideas? any private/state/national parks anywherealong I65?

Morning Grimm, I found a few websites around the state. If you need more info, let me know.
I am in the southeast corner of the state. About 60 miles from I-65.

Not sure about Montgomery south but in Pelham Al. there is a state park called Oak mountain right off I65 and close to Heart of Dixie HD if that helps Pelham is about 50 miles north of Montgomery.Ilive off I20 and have a spare room and hot shower if you need.Let me know when you will be in the area.

If you decide to come south on 231 from Montgomery, I am only 15 miles SE of Troy. Pm me if you are coming my way. I'll fire up the grill. Anyone else like to come over with grimm would be fine with me. Just need to let me know.
