I think not having Click there any more has had a huge impact on the dealership. I don't think they have any direction anymore. To people that are realitivly new to the dealership and to HD would not notice it as much as the people that have done business there for years. Click was a wonderful man and I am sure that he is badly missed there as well as throughtout the community.

I was in Carolina HD over the weekend and low and behold they fired the F&I Manager. This guy was a total ***** and I will have to say that it was a move that should have been done years ago. Way to go Carolina HD. Maybe some of your customers will cme back now.

I guess everyone has a different experience, but I had a very pleasant experience with the F&I manager at Carolina HD. I'm not sure why he is not there anymore, but he did a great job on my financing and paperwork. Again, I'm sure not every deal goes smoothly, but I don't have any complaints! (and I got a great deal on my bike too!)
