Need help in Franklin KY area
I have called two real estate agents and contacted three by email trying to get additional information on house's / area, We were told they only have the information that is listed on the website. It seems to me that is additional work and since we are looking for a house at or under 80,000 the commision will be small so why spend more time then needed. This is what I am thinking at least.
We are like every body out there living from week to week and trying to fix up our house here to sell so money is tight. I can offer gas money and buy your lunch at this time but if we do move I can offer mechanical help (8 years as a HD mechanic in the 80's), carpenter skills (not the best but I can/could drive in a nail, weekend riding buddy.
If you can help out contact me at

Thank you

You might also get more traction with them if you tell them your wife is one of several people being relocated. That will get their attention.
That's nice country down there, especially if you like being outside.
We explained that the last three times we tried to come down to Franklin the weather sucked, ice/snow.
Wouldn't you know it, with all the packing selling looking for a job and other bs a kid backed up at the pumps and knocked my bike over. Now I'm dealing with the insurance, dealers and painters. Insurance paid but not all, parts on order, some came in but waiting on front wheel, striped down and going to painter next week with promised I will get back by mid February.
