I know Im a little early asking, but is anyone here planning on riding up to Rudoso for Aspen Cash in May? 16th to the 19th I believe are the dates. There are a handful of us that are riding up there from Las Cruces on that Friday after lunch and staying the weekend until Sunday...
i think the rally is now being run from the inn of the mountain gods. convention center out there has plenty of room...maybe they will have something more than t-shirts, trinkets, and barnett harleys on display. typical indian casino--poor pay outs, can't buy a drink in the casino, rooms, food, and drinks are all over priced. had to pay like $8 to walk thru the exhibition area last time i went.
damn, i sure miss til thompson and the old aspencade rally.
Last Aspen Cash I went to was at the Convention Center and it was pretty underwhelming.
Did the Golden Aspen last September. It was the first time I'd been since they moved it to the Inn. Have to say the vendor area is much nicer than the Sport Center.
