question about SE a/c kit..
hey guys just installed my SE a/c kit and was wondering if the black rudder piece that goes around the stock cover is supposed to stay on or no? the instructions don't say to remove it but once installed it just kind of hangs there.

It won't stay on, at least not without help. I liked the more finished look with the gasket in place, so I applied a small amount of adhesive to hold the gasket in place.

well im gonna be doing the same thing soon so just wondering whats the best adhesive to use on something like that.

I don't recall what type of adhesive I used. Probably some waterproof stuff I have around for pool and hot tub applications.
