Default Electrical Issues

I have a 1995 Sportster 883 and have recently had some electrical issues. I recently replaced the Stator and Voltage Regulator.

When I start her up the turn signal lights stay solid and are brighter than normal. The turn signals will not blink when I press the turn signal indicators.

Also, my speedometer doesn't work. The needle doesn't move and even my mileage won't register. I tried replacing the speed sensor but didn't solve it.

Any advice? I appreciate it.

pull the turn signal relay..maybe the contacts are welded so it does not turn off, this may also cause the speedo to stop working because the turn signals are drawing too much current...

Thanks for the reply. I'll give that a shot and see if it fixes my issue.
