Default Finned Headbolt Bridge for 2000???
I keep seeing these finned headbolt covers and would love a set, but they all state that they are for 04 sportys, will they actually fit 2000s as well? Or is there somewhere I can get some that would fit my 2000?

You may have to go to the dealer and get the part number, I'm fairly certain they have them for the earlier bikes.
Once you have a part number order it online cheaper.

I have the latest catalog and the finned headbolt covers arefor 04 and up only. The only headbolt covers for older models is the chrome spark plug cover HD #43835-98
