I am going this weekend to buy the first mod for my 06 1200 roadster and everyone i ask has told me something differt to do and i don't have my mind set on anything i have 200$

Btw does anyone know if there is a restrictor plate on the carb of my 1200.

 

Buy a good seat. It's an HD, not NASCAR - no restrictor plate.

Maybe if you don't have your mind set on anything, it wouldn't hurt to wait until you do. I find that sometimes when I'm not sure about what I want to do, I just wait for awhile and something will come to me and in the mean time, I will have saved a little more money.

 

I second the seat as well. Not sure what kind of riding you're gonna do, but if you're looking to put a lot of miles on the bike, the Sundowner is a great seat. Good luck with the choice.

Well the seat deal doesn't bother me because the longest ride i will be doing is 2hours and we will stop half way to eat and the reason for the restrictor plate question someone told me there was one on the carb and to pull it and i didn't beleive them so i posted it before i spent the time to look and i do want to buy something because i don't really have my mind set on one or two things i am probably like everyone else i want everything.
