Default Sportster Ignition Problems

I have a 2000 XLC 1200 she starts fine but after I ride her for 5 minutes she dies. She still has a spark and is getting fuel. any idea's out there. Coil? Ignition Module? Ive cleaned the carb very well, cleaned the fuel tank and petcock, replaced sparkplugs.
I NEED HELP

Is there a fuel filter anywhere in the system? No kinks in fuel lines.

How do you know it is getting fuel? Vacuum petcock will not flow if there is a vacuum leak.

You can take the cover off your ignition module, start your bike and put a hair dryer on it and heat it up and see if the bike stops, let it cool off then see if it starts.

you say it has a spark...that is interesting, because the way you describe it the spark controller is going bad, which is quite common with this year bike....I say check the spark again, is the spark a strong blue spark? ....I would still take off the points cover and look in there for issues, I have seen where water has gotten in there and caused all sorts of issues, also behind the spark controller is a timing bell that sometimes comes loose or breaks, I would def. check that............also I would check the fuel line and vacuum line to the gas tank to make sure they are open and not cracked and fit tight...after that I would do a compression check with the engine cold and hot....

Take apart the back of the fuel petcock (with the valve closed!) and check the rubber diaphragm - if it is holed like mine is then it will have trouble keeping the carb bowl filled. Mine worked okay under light throttle but at WOT the carb will starve in no time. Also check the vacuum line going from the carb to this...
