Default How unsafe is this?
1/3 of my front rotor scrapes against the breaks. As if it's bent. How dangerous would it be to drive it to Harley to get it looked at?

Just make sure the bolts are all tight and you should be okay. My rear rotor had same issue, was warped and I rode it like that for a good 1000 miles before I replaced it. It's more annoying than unsafe. It will push your pads apart a little more than usual so you may or may not notice a little increased lever travel before the brakes grab. May also notice a pulsing sensation.
