TTi installed on stock exhaust. Long live black and white!
My cell phone takes weird purple shots in low lighting, and thus all black and white photos most of the time. Anyhow just got my TTi's in today, the W 258's and finally decided to just go ahead and chop the stock slip-ons and hopefully get a deeper more Harley-esque sound compared to the stockers with their lovely silencer version of baffles.
Chopped the slip-ons, grinded, sanded, drilled and finally screwed in the TTi's and reinstalled everything. Started her up with the garage door closed and I was literally yelling over my exhaust to take to my roommate who came out to see what I did, because it was that significantly louder than compared to with baffles. Rode her down the street but its 1 a.m. for me right now and didnt want everyone to be super pissed because man they are drastically louder than before. I really did not expect that much of a difference and they sound so much better, to date this is probably the biggest difference mod that I've done (sound and volume level).
And got the Sportster passenger solo pillion. Its pretty comfy has a nice squish to it and its wide enough that most girls that you would want to bring home with you will be more than comfortable. However our large bottomed females should be fine on it as well but obviously not as wide of a passenger seat that you could get. Comes with a mounting post and notch under the seat like your regular seat has that you slide the post into the seat on. Screws with a tab onto the stock 48 solo seat screw so its not the actual screw hole down by the wires under the pan. I should have a ride report on Tuesday for it, fingers crossed!

Gross fiber glass baffles out.
Stock slip-ons grinded even and sanded smooth.
Thunder Torque 258's installed at an 1 & 1/2 inches.
Everything tightened back up and put back together.
Also got a new seat for the ladies!
Really I just didn't want to take my spring seat off because I like it even more than my badlander.
Well lets here her roar! Post a sound clip and don't be scared like mostly everyone else and just record her at idle. We want to hear what she really sounds like so rev it up a bit at least!
P.S. Good job! I got some TTI's for my Vance & Hines big radius pipes and cant wait to try them out. Just need the bike back from the shop. I want to try the TTI's before I put on the Patriot Defenders.

I'll try to get one tomorrow during the day because they are pretty freaking loud now. I do have some decel popping but maybe that will work itself out over the next few days? We'll see anyhow, sounds freaking awesome in the higher rpms though love it!
