I have the HD pillow-look touring seats and medium high pillon on my new 883XL. Yesterday was my wife's first ride on the back, and she said they were very comfortable. I might add that we are no lightweights, our combined total weight approaching 420 pounds. I also feel they are very reasonably priced (approximately $200)compared to some of the custom seat manufacturers ($500-$700). I don't think I would want to spend many 8-10 hour days on them, but for a 2-4 hour ride, they work great, in my opinion.
I put the sundowner from HD on both my sportsters and road king. put quite a few miles on it with and without passengers. Very comfortable seats for the price.
