most dealers can supply you with touch up paint , comes in a small kit 2 bottles one paint one clearcoat.

Tricks...well purchase a size 00 paint brush from a hobby store.
Many thin layers vs one thick layer.
In regards to sanding the chip and the repair, a pencil w/ an eraser and glue a small circle of sand paper to the eraser.
