2011 883 Iron sputtering under partial throttle

2011 883 Iron sputtering under partial throttle
Hey guys. I have a 2011 883 iron with 3100 miles on it. It has ran like a champ since purchase and suddenly last week it starts having issues under low throttle.
Still starts perfectly in half a second
Idles perfectly
Full throttle makes it snap out of it usually
Under normal acceleration and especially when acceleration "catches up" to my amount of throttle (the point where the bike stops gaining speed if I hold the throttle steady) it will cut in and out like it isn't getting fuel.
I'm assuming it is a sensor that has gone out. Because the problem didnt creep up. It was perfect one day and then suddenly this issue is there and 100% reproducible. I'm a little worried that someone messed with it because I had left it parked at school over the weekend prior to this starting. No issues Friday when I rode it in and parked in the motorcycle parking area of the parking garage. Sunday riding it home was OK, monday on way to work it was acting up. Could still just be a sensor that went out, just not sure which one or how to confirm. It has a fresh tank of gas (91oct).
Any ideas where to start?

Since you fear that someone messed with it, the first thing you should do is check all your connections to sensors, throttle body, injectors, etc. and test. Sometimes by just disconnecting and reconnecting the plugs it cleans up the contacts. Any codes set?
