I just bought a 2000 Sportster XL883C, my first bike, and I need a little help... I live in CT and the last owner moved here from NC, so I was told I should re jet it due to the difference in the air. It has a K&N air filter and drag pipes with the Big City Thunder Monster baffles... so I'm hoping someone can tell me what jets I should use for it to run it's best. I definitely appreciate any help...

You may not need to change the jetting. If it runs okay leave it alone. If you want to make sure, put new spark plugs, run it and then read the plugs. If they show running lean or rich, then work on jetting. If they look okay, enjoy your new ride.
If you need to work on the jetting, get one of those stage 1 jetting kits from Dynojet. They include instructions on how to set up the carb. It's not just the jets that you will need to change on the carb. You can find those kits on ebay.
