Correct tire pressure is dependent on the brand and model of the tire used. If there is a pressure number on the frame it should be used only with the tires that came stock on the bike.
To find out what the correct tire pressure is, stock or otherwise, always look at the tire itself and remember to look at both front and rear tire since they have different setting. It is the number followed by 'PSI".
and remember not to confuse the stated MAX pressure with the ideal operating pressure. Just keep it simple and run 32 - 36. A little extra air isn't going to hurt. A little tip for your car or truck's spare tire that sits for a long time: Air it up quite a bit higher than you normally would. Generally you'd run about 35 PSI in a light truck so air it up to around 50 PSI since it'll be sitting for a while until you need to use it. When it comes time to use it - drop the pressure down. I can't tell you how many times I've helped somebody change out their tire and the spare was completely flat because they'd forget to check it.

You can probably download the owners manual for free from the H-D website, just go to the Owners tab. There's no excuse for not having that, at the least!
