The only thing I can think to add is that I've owned and ridden and enjoyed almost every manufacturer's bikes over the last several decades and the one thing I've found truer about Harley's is they tend get better as they get older, while most others just get...well, older. Maybe it comes back to build quality, but after 5 years most bikes feel fairly "used", while my 24 year old FXR has a sweetness you'd be hard pressed to find in a newer bike. Even my 7 year old Dyna is just soap and water away from being as solid and satisfying as the day I bought it. Yes, I've worn out and replaced the grips, but the switches, transmission, and motor all feel wonderful and solid. The newer Triumphs may age well too. My wife's Street Triple R is wonderfully solid bike, but its only about 2 years old so far. Too early to tell.
