Wow. What an improvement. Its like going from driving a go-kart to a car with full suspension. The stock suspension on my 2013 48 was just terrible. I dealt with it for a year and a half, but now I'm doing longer rides (past an hour on the saddle) and my lower back was killing me. If you're on the edge of getting a set, I highly recommend it.
RIDE UPDATE (11/28):
Just came back from a longer ride of about 4 hours, with one stop for coffee Just amazing. I went for a quick jump on the freeway and then through tons of city streets and then off onto Pacific Coast Highway for a ride up to Malibu, CA. All of the little Rattles have turned into soft little bumps; All of the bigger road undulations that used to kick me up off my seat - gone. Now the bike can absorb everything with aplomb. WAY more confident riding it now and it feels amazing! Oh, and no more back pain. 0%
Well done, obviously a man of taste! I have Ohlins on my Glide and they have transformed my bike, especially with Mrs B and the kitchen sink on board. For anyone considering buying them we have an HDF sponsor who offers us members a discount. Contact Howard at Motorcycle Metal.

Yes. That would be correct They're amazing. Do enjoy them and post pics if you get them. Best place to buy them is topfuelmoto.com. They have the best price and pretty great customer service.
Install tip: do NOT install them upside down. Harley Davidson installed them upside down and I told them to flip them correctly. While they do look cool the wrong way, they are Emulsion Type shocks. If they are not correctly installed the nitrogen will not pass throught the cylinder properly. No bueno. Very dangerous.

HDF sponsor Howard at Motorcycle Metal has been selling us Ohlins for several years at member's discount and supplied mine. He will include springs matched to your weight, so try him as well.
