So I just noticed a little oil leak on my 01 sporty. It doesn't look like it's coming from the breather bolts, nor does is it something that's tricking down from the head cover either (both well known for leaking). I'm going to attach some pictures so if you guys have any insight, it'd be greatly appreciated!
Have you tried wiping your hand underneath the air filter element to see if oil has been collecting in it?
I just stuck my hand underneath the air cleaner cover and there was definitely some wet oil there. So yea, now I'm assuming that it's tricking down from the air filter into that little pool and the road wind is carrying it to that center bolt crevice?
