Good info I am looking now also. I have found a 14 with 110 miles I can get for 11k out the door and he is working a price for the 15 tomorrow. He thinks the price will be the same on the new one as he has a lot of 15s and 16s are almost here. We shall see
14 should be in the 9.5 to 10 range. 11 is way too much.

They called me this morning and it is 10400 otd delivered to my house 150 miles away. The 14 has 100 miles on it. I am looking at a 13 at 5 pm in the candy red. I will own one of these bikes lol! A bonus on the 14 is it has 9 months of warranty left.
Get the 14 over the 13. they changed too many thing in my opinion to own a 13. warranty is a bit of a safety factor not bonus. You will most likely not use it. They are charging you some fees. Go pick it up and save 500.

Guy at the dealer thinks '16's will change, but I wouldn't exactly put a lot of faith in that assessment.
I think I can get a low mileage 2014 48 for $8500 (Or less). We will see.
We may see some changes with the 883 and the 1200 Sportsters for 2016. Harley submitted them to the California Air resources for approval. That could very well mean that some changes could happen. They also applied for the Street 500 and 750.
If I was in the market right now, I would wait and see what the 2016 models would have first.
My vote is for the 2014 48. I got the same bike and the built in tach is a huge plus for me. You may not use the warranty that's left but if good for peace of mind.

You should be able to get that '14 for less. I got a '14 48 (as mentioned) in October of last year. It was the mid-priced model (because of the paint on the tank) and I got it new for 10k - flat. That included all the fees, etc. You should be able to get that '14 for under that price, not more.
