From everything I've been told, from experienced tuners, you're wasting your money with a street tuner. You can look at things, but you can't change much at all, outside of EPA-compliance.
Buy the SE Pro Super Tuner.
This this this!!!! Don't waste your money on the street tuner. It's basically a half version of the pro. I have the pro and it does the job. Maybe not as expertly as the power vision and others but it does what it needs to. Trust me, DO NOT waste money on the street.
As it was said, it'll allow you to tune it, but only within the epa regulations, whereas the pro doesn't care and will allow you to tune everything. My bike is pulling about 95hp with it, so believe me it works.
If you put on a SE air cleaner, and/or a SE exhaust, it will load a map that makes sure you stay EPA compliant.
If you put on a non-HD air cleaner or exhaust, you're out of luck. And, even worse, it has no Smart Tune capabilities.
If it doesn't have any Smart Tune capabilities I suppose it wouldn't be that beneficial to me since I'm not running SE pipes. The Pro tuner sounds like a much better alternative but I can't find any info about it on the Harley site such as part number, availability, etc. Thanks for the help thus far everyone!

The pro race tuner can do more than the average guy could possibly hope to do.
It does have adaptive learning capabilities and custom map generation.
A bit of a steep learning curve , but it does it all.
