Default Little more work to my 1200S

Got bored a couple weeks ago so tore the wheels off for powdercoating, new rotors, appliance enamel on the lowers, chopped the stock brake pedal and used a Speed Merchant shift peg for the pedal. Not installed yet is a Gauntlet fairing (being painted now, the clear had a run so had to be sanded and reshot). Once that's done, it's for sale and on to the next. Took her out and let her eat with my buddies immaculate 97" 01 FXDX. I'm giving up about 20hp but hung in there tire to tire til around 115mph or so and that big twin would keep pulling. Not bad for a girls bike.

Thumbs up

I love the look of the S, well done! Not so keen on the apes, I'd prefer clip-ons, but hey.....

Those aren't apes, nearly as tall as some but way less dumb looking : )
I saw a yellow one out riding last weekend and though to myself, "damn I'm glad I got rid of it" haha it was just too much, way too obnoxious.

Hey Shiftace, I have a 2000 XL100s and would like to raise the handle bars with some Bitwell Risers (6" or 8") and a drag bar. Would you mind sharing some advise regarding the wiring and hoses?
Thanks
