If you're talking about a Twinkie, it would be better to ask in one of the big twin forums. However, they're going to want to know what kind of build, current crank runout, and whether you're going to weld/true the crank or if this will be a stock build. The stock crank can't really handle much more than 100hp without being welded and trued. The rods will hold more than that. The bearings will more than likely fail before the rod itself will.

Fleet vehicles and aircraft use hour meter time to determine scheduled parts change intervals.
