i have a 2015 sporty 48 with 1200 miles had the 1k service done at the dealer, since the 1k service i have replaced the exhaust and had no issues, iv had brake squeal issues since the bike was new and dealer just said to break in the pads but i could not take it anymore so i also added some brake quiet to the pads and at first it did reduce the squeal a lot but as of last week i have been getting a vibration in the entire bike when i use the rear brake, it does not always happen but i can feel it in the rear and in me butt. the best way to recreate the vibration is when i go over 25 mph and use the rear brake to slow down and the vibrations are the worst at around 10-0 mph when i perform a hard brake there is no vibration, it feels as tho the pads are hanging up on the drilled rotor has anyone experienced this? could i be possibly looking forward to replacing a warped rotor?
Bike should be under warranty. Have them look at it. Shouldn't cost you a dime.
If you are a wrencher, remove the pads and inspect the back plate. It's purpose is to absorb vibration and stop it from squealing. Perhaps crud got between the pad and plate or it has corrosion. Dealer may just replace the pads.
Are pads covered under warranty? Aren't they a wear and tear item? When I put the brake quiet on the pads I didn't notice any corrosion or crud but I guess it could be possible the friction side picked up some dirt

Yes pads are wear and tear...I believe unless it is defective. Pads are inexpensive and easy to replace. The dealer at the very least would inspect for possible cause.
