Default Foot peg scrapers
My little Superlow came with the standard footpeg scrapers made of some sort of soft metal or the like. Does someone make any that will produce sparks when I lean way over and scrape the ground? I kinda like get'n low and scraping when I barrel into a corner with a bit o gusto.

I have seen titanium feelers that throw a good amount of sparks!

Awful things - I took mine off the day I bought the bike. I'd rather not scrape anything, let alone deliberately!

magnesium might make pretty sparks...but don't try it at home...

steel is better all around choice.

fast forward two months...

"i had to lay the bike down" "oil on the road"

truth... playing with fire, got burned.... spends summer fixing bike after watching it bounce down the street...

root cause... wanting sparks

Good point. Perhaps sparks are not such a good idea after all. Perhaps sparklers in the backyard will satisfy the desire for pretty lights.
