I am not sure about the battery or breakers there is a clicking sound from one of them that I did not hear before the wiring is a mess someone has cut all the connectors off and taped wires together I am not good with electrical trying to. Learn that clicking sound was never there before at least I never Hurd it anyways coming from breakers
I just borrowed a volt meter trying to figure out how to use it all new to me I think I am going to go get one that is not so intimidating to meny things on this one I checked the battery when it is off I get 12.24 v when I put a load on it goes right to 10 1
In additionn to hscic's suggestion, we have a Stickey on checking your charging circuit in the Tech Electrical section. You will need a multimeter, so learn how to use yours! Guidance is available on the internet if you need any.
Your battery sounds as if it is either in need of a charge, or is on it's last legs. Recharge it off the bike, check again. If it holds over 12 volts it may be fine, but you can check that at an auto store, as suggested in that Sticky.
