So you left electrical outside in the elements?

Perhaps more info would help...did you test the battery when you got back i.e. is the battery good? Did you remove any cables? Did you check fuses?

I am not sure about the battery or breakers there is a clicking sound from one of them that I did not hear before the wiring is a mess someone has cut all the connectors off and taped wires together I am not good with electrical trying to. Learn that clicking sound was never there before at least I never Hurd it anyways coming from breakers

check this thread...

I would just change the battery to eliminate that as the cause.

In additionn to hscic's suggestion, we have a Stickey on checking your charging circuit in the Tech Electrical section. You will need a multimeter, so learn how to use yours! Guidance is available on the internet if you need any.

Your battery sounds as if it is either in need of a charge, or is on it's last legs. Recharge it off the bike, check again. If it holds over 12 volts it may be fine, but you can check that at an auto store, as suggested in that Sticky.

I agree with the battery as well, but check if any blown fuse also. Hard to tell with the splice-n-dice job though.

Oh...and welcome from NC btw.
