FuelMoto question
Have any of you guys/gals bought a fuelmoto efi tuner and not get a map preloaded on it or have any customer service issues?
I bought a tuner and it's not loaded with any maps or anything. Sent a email about 72 hrs ago and yet to hear anything back. I plan on calling tomorrow but wanted to know if anyone has had any issues similar to mine? From what I read (post 2016) they seemed pretty stand up. But nothing really since 2016 so just curious.

Came with a map, and i requested and got another. No issue at all.
You should post your mods here(mostly exhaust system, because i'll assume that you got a free breathing air cleaner which are mostly all the same), maybe someone can send you a map while you wait for fuel moto.

Fuel Moto Good Experience
I had a good purchase experience with them. I find they get backed up on e-mail periodically however have gotten back to me within a day or so. Maybe try a call or an e-m follow up? I'd give them my business again. Good luck!

Does anyone have a map that can send me possibly? Free breather and a set of straight pipes?

What year bike? 2014 & up tuners are a different models. Not sure if the maps from 2013 & down are compatible. I have a good !ap for 2014 and up that can be sent tomorrow afternoon.

Usually comes with custom map if you notified them of what mods you have. Contact Jamie at Fuelmoto. jamie@fuelmotousa.com Fuelmoto is usually very responsive.
What tuner do you have? Different tuners have different formatted tune files.

I have sent 2 emails, and one request from the website link. It's the microefi for a 10-13 48. No maps loaded onthe disc or tuner itself. I installed and noticed a bug change after I trashed my old tuner. And after a few days noticed a bad popping on decel. Pulled the disc out and loaded it along with from the tuner and no maps at all. So not sure what happened and maybe the tuner just data dumped it all. Just odd it's not on the disc either. Just seeing if anyone could point me in the right direction or loan me a tune until they get back with me.
