They don't look stock to me, I would guess that serrated collar can be twisted, probably best attempted with a thick glove on! I suspect there is a hidden cam inside, for altering pre-load. Hopefully someone will be along soon who knows exactly what brand they are.
I noticed after I took the pic there's a grub screw at the top with what looks like a recession for a shrader valve. Tried turning the top and it wouldn't budge.
Leave that alone, there's a good chap! It is probably where oil and gas are added. Decent shocks have the air expelled from inside them and replaced with Nitrogen, not something we mere mortals should interfere with!
