Wow can't believe the trouble you've had with this.
What about shipping the whole bike to Zippers?, that way they can dyno it, attempt to repair it then dyno it again to confirm if it's fixed.

I thought about that the last time the kit was sent back. Shipping feom NM to MD would be outrageous and I won't be able to afford that right now. I seriously doubt they will cover shipping the entire bike and insurance to make sure it is covered in case of damage. That would be the best be for Zipper's to figure it out I think but is probably outta the question.

I would live a Lowrider S but can't afford one at this moment. If I end up trading I will trade for a Roadster.

you could also try and hold off and see what the 2018 models have to offer. I love my 48 but would have gotten a roadster if it was a option. 2018 dynas might be getting the M8 motor.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to approach Zipper's Performance about a refund for the faulty kit? I want to make them fully realize their product has failed without badmouthing them and to have the best chances of getting a refund. Any thoughts or suggestions on this?

Same here. If the Roadster was an option in 2012, I would be dealing with these issues on one of them rather than my 48. I just hope to finally get this resolved somehow.

Update Zippers on your problems and ask them how can we resolve this issue. Give them the opportunity to make a suggested resolution.
Make your counter proposal if their answer isn't agreeable with you.
Keep it nice for now, hot head replies normally turn out bad.

I already have contacted them asking how the situation can be corrected and have not heard back from them in 2 days. I'm beginning to think they are avoiding a response to my email.

Call me old school. Pick up the phone and use E mail only for documented proof if things go south.
