Just kidding... I have no idea. Never thought about it. IIRC, ECMs handle fuel injected bikes. Carbed bikes use Ignition modules. I don't know options past that.
No. Its all in the jet size and what not. EFI is controlled by a computer which is why you cant really read spark plugs on an efi bike because the computer does whatever the hell it thinks its supposed to do unless programmed otherwise. The beautiful part about carbs is you set the right jets and the intake just grabs the fuel it needs whether its rich or lean its all in the jet. EFI, its all in the map which you need to tweak with the tuner. I wish I still had a carbed bike and I just couldnt wait for one I liked and got an EFI when mine was stolen. On the plus side since its controlled by the computer you can start it in 45 degree weather and not have to bottle feed it to warm it up.
I here so much about tuners....are there tuners for carbed EVO's
There sure is.
Welcome to old school brotha. You need knowledge, (plus a good MOM), a screw driver, and great ears. The fundamentals of seat of the pants tuning can never be understated. (Or overstated.)

I am a HUGE fan of CV Performance. The performance kits they offer are really good. Dig around on the site, some good videos also that may help you out.
the only thing I don't like about a carb bike is you have to let it warm up a minute before riding. the CV carb can handle 90-100 hp if set up properly:
