Well it has been pouring at my house most of the morning. Yesterday the rain seemed to be mostly on the west side of DFW but it is on the East side today.
Spent most of the morning in the Garage watching the rain, drinking coffee and looking at my bike like it was a stripper.
That's funny!!!! Where did you stick the dollar bills???
It's been raining quite a bit the past few days here in Missouri. Last week though was a different story. The weather reports called for what seemed like a 200% chance of rain, thunderstorms were imminent. So, I don't ride to work. Wouldn't you know, no rain 'til Friday. I did get out to the Mid-America Freedom Rally here in Missouri and did their 165 mile poker run on Saturday AM. Wehappened to ride all around the rain. Two buddies and I took off on the run together, by the time we hit the first stop a bunch of folks not from here asked if they could follow us. We left on the the run with three of us, by the time we left the first stop we were a gang. I think we ended up w/20 plus bikes following us.Between riding to the rally, the poker run, going to get my wife and heading back to the rally, I ended up doing almost 250 miles. But Saturday even it rained like crazy and we were caught in one burst. What sucked was, we hadraingear in our backpack. All in all, it was great day.
