Like HD142 S36PL
HD916E s36e
HD643 S36e
DH845. S36e
I know the s is single tube 36 is piston size e for emulison p resivor l for ajustable length. Just trying to see what these models are. Im also looking at dk bitube in 13 inch 3.7" travel and pro action in a 12.25 inch 3" travel. But since the bitube are 525 and the proactions are 777 and technicality the bitubo are a better system(Not emulsion) im leanig towards bitube or olhins ($648). Just not sure about the 13" lenght i have 12" shocks i like the lenght but wamt 3 inch travel am i over thinking going o a 13? Ok back to the first question The olhins hdnumver. I also have 4 inch mono tube in my fork so not worried about the front.

I considered the 11" and 12" Bitubos. Devin and Kevin helped me out and gave me some useful data so I was able to make an informed decision.
My current 12" SG oil/air shocks has 2.50" travel with about 3/4" sag. The 11" bitubos have 1.75" travel with 1/4" sag. The bitubos have better rebound dampening, compression and better road feel. So although I would have more travel and a better ride with the 12" Bitubos, I bought the 11" because I am vertically challenged. The 11" Bitubos will sit me 1/2" lower, have comparable travel to the oil/air shocks, and more stable with better road feel.
I also considered Ohlins but they were way too costly for me.

In essence Ohlins and Howard offer three ranges:
- emulsified, in which the oil and gas can mix;
- separated, in which the oil and gas are kept apart and cannot mix, they also have a single damper adjuster;
- remote reservoir with full damper adjustment. All have variable spring adjustment.
