I need to change the lower bracket on my 2011 48 ( damaged during accident). I found a replacement from a 2015 48, but there is a problem with it, it seems.
Please look at the pictures, the first one is the original and as you see there is a retainer ring. The replacement does not have it, seems like it was removed and someone tried to bang it out. I tried to remove the ring on the original but couldnt move it.
I looked at Ronnie's website, 2015 stem also should have a retainer ring.
Is it possible to remove the stem? Or would you just buy a new bracket and stem?
