Default 2015c Issues

I have a 2015 1200 c with 902 miles originally bought bought for wife last April. Back a couple months ago drilled out the baffles and cats for some more sound. Immediately after starting it didn't sound right. I shut it down and rechecked everything but yet every time I started it sounded off especially from front pipe. Then I noticed the front head pipe was getting red hot. The rear looked normal. This was after only about 90 secs to 2 mins of running. I thought maybe it was the drilling out of the mufflers so I purchased a set of modified stock tapered mufflers from ebay. These have the Thunder Torque inserts installed. I installed these Friday evening and started it up and got the same thing. Sound was off and front head pipe still getting red hot. I also noticed it seems to bobble and search at times and the idle speed hovers around 1300 all the time. The bike is bone stock except for the muffler mods. I included pictures of the front and rear plugs. In person front seems very lean. I did a compression check and both cylinders came up 190-195. I also included pictures of head pipes. The glowing red one is the front. I know this is a long rant but any help from the gurus would be appreciated.

I have done what you have several times and it had no impact on running. Did an 02 sensor come off? Did all of the cat come out or did some drop into the back off the muffler and is clogging the exhaust?

It seems that a blocked exhaust is the most likely cause of the head pipe glowing.

Not a clogged pipe. I looked up both pipes with a usb probe I have. Both o2 sensors are in place and no codes thrown. I double checked with FP3 from my Road King.
