In the manufacturer's site are listed as compatible XLH models 1989-1998.
Do any of you know them?
Someone installed them in their forks?
In your opinion they can also be mounted on a XLH883 Hugger 2001?
Or are there differences between the forks of the years indicated compared to my template?

I haven't heard of YSS valves before, however there are also other brands, notably Race Tech Emulators and Ricor Intiminators. Those two have been around for many years, although get mixed reviews. I have Emulators in my Sporty and am not happy with them, while some members are. These add-in valves promise a lot, but there is not universal acclaim for them.
I've had a look around HDF and there is very little about YSS, so you may not get much feedback on those valves. It'll be interesting to see!

Yes they will fit a 2001 sporty...That looks like an old App Sheet. Do you see any models newer than a 98?...No

Got nothing else...except $108 on ebay
That spec sheet is straight from their website, copywrite 2017! Covering bikes dating from the early '70s to a '98 cut-off doesn't give one a warm feeling that they are very switched on! The model list is so out of date as to be a joke. I'm inclined to suggest steer clear.

I'm not familiar with the above company or part.
If you're looking to upgrade your front suspension, you may find this REPORT useful.
hello grbrown
I also shot a lot on the web to find a little more about these valves
and to see if they were compatible, I found it and I bought them.
I would have bought the ricor intiminators that these are plug-in and does not require any changes to the damper
These yss valves are like those of Racetech,
require the enlargement of the 4 holes and the addition of 2 to ensure an adequate flow of oil.
The big problem is the very high price for Italy of the two American products.
Since I'm doing an upgrade to my sporty rear replacing the rear shock absorbers with Bitubo WME I would also install an adequate front suspension to these, changing standard springs with progressive and would try to also install these valves and try to achieve an improvement.
Kevin of DK Custom obviously has products to sell, but has also done the only worthwhile analysis of upgrades for Sportster suspension (plus other models) that I've seen. Well worth reading his link, although you'll need a long drink! He's a jolly fine chap and I'm sure he will happily ship stuff to you if you decide to buy from him.
