883 Hyper Charger???
Approximating zero.
First and foremost, the air demand of an 883 is such that it doesn't take a particularly great air cleaner to feed it.
Second, the Hyperthingy really isn't a great performance air cleaner anyway. Certainly no better than the SE piece.
Here, I have some dyno data to share:

It's basically ok up to about 90hp, then it really starts choking the motor.
In all my years of dyno tuning bikes and experimenting with this stuff, one consistent trend on air cleaners has emerged: the more filter element surface area, the higher the power level the air cleaner can effectively support. You can test two air cleaners, one with a big element and one with a small element, on a low powered motor and you may not see any difference. Test the same two air cleaners on a high powered motor and the differences will be dramatic, with the larger element air cleaner stomping the small element. That's been a pretty consistent trend.
Bottom line, as long as you've got a low powered 883, stick with your SE, it's plenty. When you go to do a high power build, then think about an upgrade. But the Hyperthingy is not really an upgrade from what you've got now.
There's a Press Release where Manny, Moe & Jack each said it
