Kuryakyn solves footpeg issues with 883 Irons
When I purchased my new 2016 Iron last year the only pegs that would work were Harleys. Any other footpeg I would of needed to buy a costly adapter . I know alot of posters have stated that they have the offset clevis on their bikes, my 2016 never had the offset clevis problem . If you have a Iron with this just cut-off the clevis and then any male mount board or peg will work .My issue was one of angles. Kuryakyn part # 7578 solves this sproblem with their mini floorboard that uses a splined adapter end that alllows any number of angles to be used . Also there are three position holes so you can move the board fowards or back . Comes in black and chrome finishes . $ 98.00 , measures 5 1/2" x 4 " . Do yourself a favor and buy the snap ring tool to remove the snap rings . Thanks

Offset clevis
I believe the op is talking about the clevis offset issue. 2016s have an additional half inch or so added to one side of the clevis that was not present in previous years. It causes issues mounting most footpegs (after market or Harley). I recently ran into this issue but luckily my bench grinder saved the day.
