The Sportster Service Manual lists a normal oil temp of 230 F in the oil pressure test section.
I usually see around 200 F oil temps, maybe 225-230 at freeway speeds for long periods with air temps over 90 F.
Cylinder head temps I usually see around 350 - 370 F.
My stock 2013 tune does not start pulling spark advance until 394 F.

I have the Vance & Hines fuel pak, & mine shows 350 -370 and sometimes it will go up to 400 410, & it doesn't really matter what speed or ambient temp it is outside.
I just cant figure why its always so up & down....
I have a Joker A/C & Freedom shortys exhaust, Ive done the "auto" tune a few times but always end up with the same issue on engine temps...
