Nice! Looks pretty decent. Was hoping to see a flatter torque curve outta that pipe. I am curious to see what the TTI's do to it.
two things about this pipe: the relatively short and equal distance between the exhaust port and collector shifts the torque bump towards the higher rpm range, and the lack of a crossover pipe means that the torque gain is over a narrower range than seen with pipes with an appropriately placed crossover. It's clearly tuned for a mid-range boost, which is great for sport riding, but not outright racing. I think Cobra did well with this pipe, and considering it doesn't appear to limit lean angle, it's a worthy competitor to the other 2-1 systems developed for the Sportster.
Sounds like a good pipe so far! I wonder if TTI'S would benefit a 2 into 1 pipe? Never seen or heard of anyone installing one in a 2 into 1 so that will be interesting. Maybe DK can chime in on this.
Sorry, not sure how we missed this.
We've had many customers install the Thunder Torque Inserts™ into 2-1 exhaust. With the rising popularity in recent years with 2-1 systems, we have made single insert purchases available rather than a pair.
The TTIs are universal to nearly all motorcycle engines and exhaust systems.
Here's a video displaying one of the more popular 2-1 systems, the Bassani, with our TTIs:
do you have before/after dyno results for that pipe? The collector is super close to the ports on that system, and I'd like to see how the curve shifted with installation of the TTI.

We do not have any for that particular system but the results do not vary much from 2-2 relative to increases in performance and achievable optimal tone.
Another constant is the power curve is much more consecutive in the Dyno results after installing the TTI.
Here's one chart as an example but there are several others on our site:

DK Customs, thanks for your input. What EFI mapping changes are usually necessary upon installation of the TTI in a small volume (physical, not sound) system like the smaller 2-1s? I'm not using the O2 sensors, and getting the sniffers past the TTI and into their respective head pipe at the collector may be an issue.

Typically, you do not need to address the Fuel Management when only adding TTIs.
They're easily adjustable, I suppose you could open them up completely and get the sniffer past the insert. I'm not certain that you would not need to remove it completely.
