Nice! Looks pretty decent. Was hoping to see a flatter torque curve outta that pipe. I am curious to see what the TTI's do to it.
I was hoping for flatter at 2.5k up. Not sure how to solve that at this point without throwing a lot of money at it. Ridability is good, and it's smoother than with the borrowed map, with a little burble on decel. I tried getting at the internals on the muffler on Saturday, but couldn't get the end cap to budge. I'll work on that some more and see what we can do about trying a DK Custom product in there.
looking back through other's results, it appears that a longer distance from exhaust port to collector results in higher torque in the 2.5krpm -3.5krpm range. See: D&D Bobcat, Bassani RR Mega
I'm wondering if I could fake a longer collector distance by making some sort of laminar flow insert in the existing collector to effectively separate the headers a few more inches.

I wouldnt worry about anything under 3000rpm at the very least!!!!! That power curve is horrible imho. Im guessing its the pipe. Starts off weak, hits hard then the party is over very fast. Exhaust is HUGE on these engines! And I think thats why your power curve is less than desirable

Just curious to gain further knowledge from someone with way more experience on the subject than myself. Is the curve shown on kmontague's graph in post 151 what you would consider desirable since it comes on immediately and stays nice and flat all the way across the RPM range?
