Like this.

I had a local shop cut some for me. Pretty inexpensive and I got it exactly like I wanted.

Check your local indy shops and see who they recommend.

I think TStephen is referring to a Sign Shop (if not, then I guess I am )

I'll ask at the LBS who they use for cutting vinyl.

All done with the 2K clear. I'll just let 'em hang and harden up for a week or so.
It's warm enough in the garage but not by much so the finish will take a while to cure.
That will give me time to get the rest of the bike together. The 19" rear wheel, rear brake switch wiring and exhaust still need some attention.

Sign shops usually don't have the ability to cut the thin lines required for things like tank decals. Most of the time they can cut down to about 1/4" maybe 1/8" thick lines. So be sure to ask.

I used a place called Don Johnson Design and Signs in Spartanburg, SC. I emailed them a PDF of the decal I wanted. Specified the finished size/dimensions. Then I went over to their shop, picked the colors from the rolls of vinyl they had, and waited while they cut and assembled it.

$20 a piece for two tank decals.

Good point and something to be aware of and asking about when checking around, but I guess some do ...

"Don Johnson Design and Signs "

Exactly!

And my local indie/builder referred me to them.

Default Decal

I did find a shop that could cut the decal I wanted but wouldn’t. They were worried about copyright infringement.
I guess some people still have ethics.

Well, that's probably smart on their part. Keep looking.
