Default Please help!

ok so I'm totally new and I took it upon myself to put my 12" handle bars with extended cables on myself along with ignition coil relocation along with wire tuck. Now when I extended my cables I soldered my main harnesses. I went to go start the bike up my running lights are the only thing that lights up. I have nothing on my speedometer lighting up, NOTHING! now I have it hooked up to my trickle charger have one light that blinks saying I have a half to quarter batter charged I wait couple min the light that says I have a half to full charged battery is lit up. When the light indicated I have a full to half battery I turn my ignition the light goes to half to quarter. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong or point me in the right direction? I have a 2017 883

Either; 1- the battery has been run down, or 2- you blew one or more fuses or 3- you did something wrong with the wiring so first things first is to fully charge the battery, the lights on chargers are notorously inaccurate and when your 1/2 to full charge light came on you were only half charged at best. Fully charge it on a low setting overnight and remove the battery charger and let the battery sit for an hour or so to clear any surface charge then check the voltage at the battery with something accurate like a multi meter, if is reads 12-12.5 volts then you are ready to turn the key on and see if everything lights up as normal, if so go ahead and try to start it.
While all that is going on carefully check all fuses to make sure they are not blown and there is no corrosion on them or in the fuse box and check your battery connections at both ends for corrosion.
Beyond that your going to have to start backtracking and rechecking every one of your wiring connections till you find the problem.

Unfortunately your request is often made all around HDF, following a handlebar change. Most likely cause is that the wiring is not quite right. I suggest you disconnect and remove your battery to recharge it, using a proper battery charger, not a tender. In the meantime carefully and thoroughly retrace your steps with all the wiring etc, to ensure connections are electrically sound, no wires are crossed and none are damaged.

What the others have said...sounds like you need to retrace what you did.

Look up the wiring diagram for your bike as well, should help you to track down which wire is what. It's one of those things that sucks but you'll end up having to re-do most of your work.

Well update havnt looked into the wiring yet but did move the bike into a different part of the garage...the tank moved a little bit and the lights for the speedometer flickered...sound like a loose/pinched connection?

Yup could be that or a loose connector, check those even if you didn't disconnect the connector when you were working on it, may have just been pulled on and come loose. If you did disconnect any connector while working check that one or more of the "pins" in the connector didn't slide back when you reconnected it.
