That AC is one by Soetenga Design and that bike and their solo seat mount was featured on their site which is down now. I'm not sure if they're stilll businness but JP Cycles and Drag Specialties used to carry some of their stuff.

I am not the most computer savvy, is there anyone willing to photoshop some whitewalls onto the bike in this picture??? I wanna see if it will look right since I have been thinkin about buying a set....
